How do I order?
I am only taking orders through my website. If it's sold out, it's not available right now.
When will you restock?
Depends! The best way to stay update is to subscribe and follow on instagram to be the first to know about restocks, updates and workshops.
Preorder vs Ready to Ship?
Preorder: The product is made-to-order and will be made once the preorder window closes. Shipping can take up to 12 weeks.
Ready to Ship: The product is ready and will be shipped within 1-2 weeks.
not all pieces survive the ceramic process - if your order is taking longer than projected,
feel free to reach out via email to check on the order status.
Where is my order?
If you made a successful payment and received a confirmation email, it is in process and will be shipped when it's completed. Please read all product descriptions for shipping times. You will get a shipping confirmation email once your order has been shipped.
Do you take custom/special orders?
Yes! When custom/special orders are available, they will be listed online.

My shipment was damaged. What do I do?
If your shipment arrived damaged, contact via email ASAP. PLEASE send photo documentation via email.
please make sure you read the description of the items you are purchasing and know when to expect your items. all pieces are handmade which means there can be variations in color, size, and shape.
