When will you restock?

Depends! The best way to stay update is to subscribe and follow on instagram to be the first to know about restocks, updates and workshops.

Preorder vs made to order vs ready to ship?

MADE TO ORDER:

~3-6 weeks to ship

unless noted​

READY TO SHIP:

~1-2 weeks to ship​​

 

PREORDER:

The product will be made once the preorder window closes. Projected shipping date will be in the product description.

not all pieces survive the ceramic process - if your order is taking longer than projected, there may be a delay in production.

Where is my order?

If you made a successful payment and received a confirmation email, it is in process and will be shipped when it's completed. Please read all product descriptions for shipping times. You will get a shipping confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

Do you take custom/special orders? 

Yes! When custom/special orders are available, they will be listed online or you can contact thecoycollection@gmail.com.
 

Do you sell wholesale?

Can I reserve/hold items? 

No.

Do you accept returns?

I am a one woman operation and I am not able to accept returns. ALL SALES ARE FINAL .

My shipment was damaged. What do I do?

If your shipment arrived damaged, contact thecoycollection@gmail.com ASAP. PLEASE include your order number + photo documentation via email and any additional information.
